How does the bike work in low temperature?

Normally, the working temperature of the lithium battery is: -20℃--60℃. When the temperature lower than 20℃, the performance of the lithium battery will decrease, and the full range will decrease accordingly. The e-bikes can still work in the low temperature, but may not be as smooth as the normal temperature.
