Using the TENWAYS app, you can tap your bike's icon and generate a navigation route to your bike – helpful if you've parked it in an unfamiliar location, too!
  • Its motion detection function will send live alerts to your phone in the case of your CGO009 moving unexpectedly, for example, if it has been jostled or has fallen over.
  • The notice zone function enables you to set a designated physical area for your e-bike. If it is moved out of this zone unexpectedly, you will immediately receive an alert to your smartphone.

There's no need to worry about the Smart Connect module running out of battery, or not functioning if you take the e-bike's portable battery with you when parking up. It is equipped with an extra integrated backup battery, that is immediately activated if the bike's battery runs out or is removed. This ensures that you can always rely on up-to-date information about your beloved CGO009!
