How does it work?

  1. Fill in the form below, select your desired Tenways model and submit the form. 
  2. Fietslease Holland will then contact you for the approval process. 
  3. After completing the approval process, a contract will be drawn up. 
  4. Once Fietslease Holland has received the signed contract, the bike will be ordered. 
  5. As soon as your bike arrives, the contract starts and you can be off on the road carefree!

How does the acceptation process work?

Once you have selected the bike you want and filled in the required details, you will receive confirmation of your application from Fietslease Holland. Within 24 hours on working days, Fietslease Holland will contact you to let you know whether your application has been approved. In the event of a positive assessment you will be asked to upload the required documents via the Fietslease Holland website. Once all documents are complete, you will receive the lease contract by e-mail within two working days. After signing at Fietslease Holland we will contact you again to schedule a delivery time!

How does the credit acceptance processwork?

Nobody benefits from a rider going into a contract he or she cannot afford. This is why a credit check is done before contracts are drawn up. This is done by an independent third party, the EDR. They check for Income Charges, BKR and CRS registration.

Can I lease abike as an individual?

Yes, definitely! You pay a fixed amount per month for our full-service package, taking care of everything.

Is insurance andmaintenance included in the lease amount?

Yes. The private lease includes the following; use and depreciation of the bike, annual maintenance, repairs, replacement of parts and insurance for theft and damage.

Will I get a BKR registration?

No, this agreement will not be registered with the BKR.

Where do I go for maintenance and repair?

This can be done at the Tenways affiliated dealers or at a local bike shop. For this, Fietslease Holland will contact the shop in question to make sure you can visit them free of charge!

Which lease terms can I choose from?

Fietslease Holland offers the private lease for a term of 36 months and 48 months, after this term you get the option to take over the bike at a residual value.
