Designed for seamless urban family transportation, it's a smart, practical and safe longtail cargo e-bike that's ultra-versatile, helping you tackle everything from school runs to grocery runs to weekend adventures with power, convenience and comfort.

Smart anti-theft protection

The Longtail Duo has cutting-edge technology you can rely on for greater peace of mind throughout the day, to keep your precious ride and cargo safe when you're not using it. For added convenience and theft protection, it features contactless unlocking as an extra level of security, ensuring only the owner can activate the e-bike, as well as our integrated Smart Connect module. This exclusive TENWAYS feature includes GPS, Motion Detection and Notice Zone functions that can alert you to the Longtail Duo's movements whenever and wherever you are. (Smart Connect is free for three years, then available as a subscription for €29.90 per year).

Engineered for endurance and effortless power

Designed for next-level performance that you can trust will last the distance, its extra-large 720 Wh portable battery gives you a range of up to 100 km, and its mid-drive motor (with a maximum torque of 80 Nm) and Enviolo Stepless Shifting hub provide effortless acceleration and climbing for the various terrains and inclines you may encounter on your trips around town. It's also equipped with the discreet and durable Gates CDX Carbon Belt drivetrain, which is maintenance-free for thousands of kilometers and a fan-favorite component found on many TENWAYS e-bikes.

Versatile carrying for families and cargo

It flexibly fits a range of different family multi-tasking scenarios with an extra-long rear carrier that can easily carry up to two children, a sturdy aluminum front carrier, and a center-mounted EVA under-seat storage bag that can carry generous amounts. All this combined gives this bike a maximum allowable weight of 210 kg. The carrying components are effortlessly attached to the Longtail Duo with a quick-release MIK mounting system.

Added comfort & convenience

For a smoother ride, the Longtail Duo's front suspension fork absorbs shocks from uneven surfaces, and its TFT color display has clear and intuitive controls for optimal ease of use. To further enhance the quality riding experience, we're throwing in €335-worth of accessories as standard, including the EVA storage bag, stepping boards, spoke protectors, guard rails and seat cushions.

Customizable fit for a variety of riders

The Longtail Duo offers a perfect fit for multiple riders in the same household, allowing them to customize their ideal riding position based on their body type, riding style, or storage needs thanks to its telescopic seat post and adjustable stem. Ergonomic riding comfort is further enhanced by a Selle Royal saddle with RoyalGel technology to keep you comfortable no matter how long the ride.

Top-tier safety features

Riders can also count on the Longtail Duo for optimum safety, with reliable stopping power from its 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes and maximum visibility from a 100 lux front light and integrated rear light. It also comes with a heavy-duty dual kickstand for safe loading and parking, and can be securely locked with the ABUS frame lock for added protection when not in use.
