Copenhagen, a city known for its picturesque canals, abundant green spaces, and iconic cycling culture, gave the perfect backdrop for our most recent brand event. In the spirit of promoting green mobility and strengthening ties with the local community, we ran a series of activities across the Danish capital spanning almost 2 weeks of e-biking fun! There's no FOMO here, we're recapping so you can learn more about the exciting activities and our commitment to promoting sustainability! The theme and purpose of the event At the heart of the event, we aimed to promote active and green mobility within Denmark's capital. Copenhagen is a city known for its sustainable mobility, with Car Free Sundays and a whopping 64% of commuters opting to travel by bike, the city is renowned as one of the most cycling friendly cities in the world, making it the perfect setting for our initiative. We sought to demonstrate how cycling can seamlessly integrate into everyday life, offering not just a practical solution for urban commuting but also a way to explore Denmark's rich cultural landscape.Commencing the event, we had a clear focus, to showcase the ease and benefits of cycling as a sustainable yet practical choice. We aimed to immerse attendees in a blend of culture, community, and eco-consciousness, allowing participants to engage deeply with the concept of green mobility while experiencing first-hand the joys of cycling through Copenhagen. Key activities The event's activities were designed with both occasional commuters and seasoned cycling enthusiasts in mind, offering them opportunities to test ride our diverse range of e-bikes to experience sustainable travel in action, while simultaneously boosting brand visibility. Cargo tour and dealer store test ride The cargo tour route was carefully planned to guide attendees through Copenhagen's picturesque streets, leading them to various TENWAYS dealers on our van cargo tour. Starting in the suburbs and winding through the city, the tour not only increased foot traffic to dealers but also allowed participants to experience the joy of biking in the city streets. Outdoor advertising (OOH) We strategically placed 50 "The wind at your back" advertisements throughout Copenhagen as part of our outdoor advertising campaign. This message sought to inspire riders to ride carefree, as if the wind were helping to push them forward. The helmets worn by staff for the event embodied this messaging, and were 3D printed to look as if the wind were blowing at the back of their heads, pushing their hair forwards towards their face. This initiative visually reinforced our commitment to green mobility, and played a crucial role in raising brand awareness, all while showcasing our range of e-bikes. These ads caught the attention of both locals and visitors, encouraging them to consider cycling as a sustainable lifestyle choice. Giveaways No TENWAYS event is complete without a giveaway! We handed out exclusive TENWAYS-branded items, including caps, foldable coffee cups, wristbands, and portable recycling bags. These stylish yet practical items were designed to enhance the cycling experience and were available only at the event, making them a sought-after memento for attendees. Event impact The event was a resounding success! Our goal at these gatherings is to foster a sense of community and create a space where attendees can connect with fellow riders. Community is one of our core values, and we take great pleasure in hosting in-person events that build trust and enthusiasm around the TENWAYS brand.
